How will blockchain change ride sharing business?

In the past six events, we have covered and invited various real-life examples from social media (Steemit) to business (NEO) to demonstrate how blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies are already shaping our future.

In our next event on August 8th, we will be covering a special topic:

Ride Sharing.

Without a doubt, Uber & Grab had transformed the taxi industry by providing a new option for riders to connect with drivers to get from point A to point B. So how would things change now with the rise of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies?

Thus we have invited a very special guest; DACSEE, who recently made local news headlines, to share why & how a decentralized blockchain-based ride-sharing service will bring new benefits to riders and drivers alike.

What is DACSEE?

The DACSEE platform (“Decentralized Alternative Cabs Serving & Empowering Everyone”) is the world’s first fully decentralized and autonomous social ride-sharing service. With already 25,000 drivers signed up, DACSEE appears to be a promising contender to international ride-hailing incumbents Uber & Grab.

Who should attend?

This is a BitcoinMalaysia event which welcomes people who are new to the crypto-space.

And we look forward to seeing you there!

Who is BitcoinMalaysia?

BitcoinMalaysia started out as a simple blog in 2012 that eventually grew to become the largest cryptocommunity platform in Malaysia to-date.

Our aim is to help raise the awareness of Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology – a space which is filled with lots of noise, fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD).

Our goal is to spur the actual adoption of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in Malaysia so that more people can appreciate, experience and gain the benefits of being a first-adopter of what might be the largest technological revolution since the Internet.

We currently hold these events like these twice a month and try to cover one different topic in session — the area of learning in crypto is pretty vast!
